ABOUT JETT THOMPSON
OWNER & PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Jett Thompson, sixth generation Floridian, earned her undergraduate degree in Fashion Merchandising from The Florida State University before beginning a twenty-five year career in the home furnishing and design industry in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2012, she came home to open Jett Thompson Antiques and Interiors in Old Naples.
Following five successful years in her original location Jett moved her business one block north, doubling the retail space, renamed Jett Thompson HOME, and creating a separate interior design studio. The two buildings surround a private courtyard utilized for speakers, book signings and community events.
Jett has accessorized rooms for Ralph Lauren Home and her previous boutique openings include Atlanta, St. Simons Island, and Englewood, FL before bringing her talents to Naples. A few of her nationally recognized interior projects include a luxury Bed and Breakfast in Colorado, a Ritz Carlton residence in Sarasota, along with private luxury homes in SW Florida, Palm Beach and New York.
With her unique design aesthetic, Jett’s work is celebrated for juxtaposing the organic with the refined, all with a twist of the unexpected.
Margaret brings her passion for design excellence to every project. With over 30 years of residential design experience, her expertise includes space planning, selection of fixtures, furnishings and renovation.
Margaret’s love of the “mix” of old and new is influenced by her years of buying trips to Europe for her own antiques business. She ensures every job is a unique reflection of the clients’ personalities and feels like home.
Originally from the North Shore of Chicago, Margaret studied Art History and Interior Design at Northwestern University.
DESIGNER & PROJECT MANAGER
Joanna has been with Jett since she opened her first location in Naples six years ago and is an invaluable member of the design team.
Clients are familiar with her sunny disposition and charming drawl which belies her North Carolina roots.
The rare combination of right brain and left brain, her attention to detail keeps the design studio running smoothly, while her designer’s eye keeps the store looking its best at all times.
Charlotte graduated from High Point University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design. Her experience includes three years as a Furniture Representative Assistant at High Point Market and visual merchandising in retail settings.
With a passion for art, color trends, and fashion, she brings a fresh eye and current point of view to every project. Her extensive knowledge of space planning on CAD enables her to help make interior designs a reality. This talented young designer is currently studying to become NCIDQ certified.
The smiling face that greets customers to the store belongs to our manager Kristen Farrar. Kristen has a background in jewelry design and sales. She hails from suburban Boston and spent many years living on the Cape before moving to Naples. In the evenings and on her days off Kristen can be found at the nearby beach - we think she was a mermaid in a past life!
Sue established her career in furniture sales and design and loves helping customers select the perfect furniture and accessories for their home.
A native of the New York/Rhode Island area, Sue has enjoyed life in Naples for over 30 years. She spends a month every summer traveling around the USA in an RV with her husband Rodney, her dog Hunter and cat Oliver.
Jett’s rapidly growing puppy was born on Valentine’s Day and is a total love bug. At five months, he has already shown a keen sense for picking trim and leather samples, as well as testing out our upholstery.
Ryder has the “ Meet and Greet” routine down pat and an ever growing fan club in both the store and the design firm!
